Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Returned products must be:

• Unused
• In original packaging
• Complete with all accessories
• Free from damage caused by misuse

Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

• Used products
• Customized items
• Clearance or sale items (unless defective)

Refunds

After inspection and approval, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days using the original payment method or bank transfer where applicable.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was made by Hydro Vibe.
