Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

• Major Cities: 3–5 Business Days
• Remote Areas: 5–10 Business Days

Delivery times may vary during holidays, promotional events, or due to courier delays.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and parcel weight. Any applicable shipping fee will be displayed before payment is completed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via SMS or email (where applicable).

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your package upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.
